**About the Role**
As a Member Real Estate Loan Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our members with their real estate and home equity applications. This position requires a proactive approach to handling member applications, providing financial advice, and ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to loan approval.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Engage with members through web, contact center, and ACD application channels.
+ Initiate outbound calls to members without current FPCU mortgages and provide consultation.
+ Discuss and advise on loan options, inputting information into our internal systems.
+ Verify and analyze member financial data, including income, property value, and credit, to recommend appropriate loan products.
+ Submit complete loan applications to the Loan Processor and contact members regarding loan approvals and conditions.
+ Respond promptly to all member inquiries, providing detailed financial solutions and advice.
+ Maintain an in-depth knowledge of FPCU loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure exceptional service.
+ Cross-sell credit union products by identifying opportunities during member interactions.
**What We Are Looking For**
+ Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Knowledge of real estate lending compliance and regulations.
+ Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging a variety of audiences.
+ Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide effective financial alternatives.
+ Professional demeanor with effective interpersonal skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

The pay range for this position is listed above. Our pay ranges are designed to allow for candidates with various levels of experience and skill to be considered, and to allow room for growth to be achieved in a role over time. Generally, new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their individual combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and education as well as internal equity.
