How you can make a difference  

 

While working from the confines of your home, this position will be responsible for crafting and maintaining positive customer relationships and responding to customer inquiries regarding all spending account products. Proactively provide information and education to customers about IRS regulations and various spending accounts, claims processing and reimbursement procedures. This is a REMOTE position

Candidates must reside in the following states to be considered: AZ, AR, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MO, MS, NE, OH, OK, SD, TN, TX, UT, WY

 

This opening is for our March 3rd, 2025 training class, All Applicants must be available for training March 3rd - 28th, 2025 without Absenteeism 

 

What you’ll be doing 

Research and respond to a high volume of incoming telephone call inquiries from our customers to ensure timely resolution of issues Consistently provide accurate information to customer inquiries in accordance with HQY inquiry accuracy standards by prioritizing and utilizing appropriate tools, resources, internal communications, and training materialsEducate customers on HealthEquity products such as eligible IRS expenses, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) investment and pricing options, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Dependent Care, Transportation and claims processing proceduresServe as a customer advocate by identifying underlying customer needs and guiding them to appropriate programs and resourcesEstablish rapport by offering information and services beyond the customer’s initial inquiryAssist and educate All Health Guides (Health Plan Partners) through complex spending account issues

What you will need to be successful

High school diploma or equivalencyMust be 18 years of age or olderOne to two years Customer service experience is a plusProven PC navigation and data entry skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong problem solving and decisions making skillsStrong interpersonal skillsProven skills as an insightful and compassionate communicatorDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationshipsSomeone who is adaptable and who embraces change and ambiguityThis is a remote position.

Salary Range $17.00 / hour Benefits & Perks

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:
