Legends at The Rock at La Cantera is seeking to fill part-time Member Service Associate positions. (Seasonal hire)  

The Role

Member Service Associate provides an exceptional experience by blending the host experience with the efficiency of the front desk agent.  Responsible for welcoming guests, completing check-in, check-out, and various desk duties.

The Rock at La Cantera is a 50-acre development which includes the NBA Spurs training facility, Frost Plaza outdoor event space, Roca and Martillo Restaurant, and the private Spurs Club.

 

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner. Monitor lounge and restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Efficiently check-in and check-out guests. Assists with reservations and additional information, with consideration to guest preferences and special requests. Maintain acute knowledge of club amenities and restaurant services. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries/requests promptly and professionally. Address and resolve guest issues, additionally offer assistance and recommendations to enhance stay. Ensures that the front desk remains clean and sufficiently stocked. Enforce lounge and restaurant policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old. One year experience as a host or front desk representative. Must be available to work extended hours, holiday events, and weekends. Experience working in fast-paced restaurant preferred. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
