Job Description About the role:
Our Members’ journey is constant – from the first face they see in the lobby, to the time they spend in our Club spaces, or chatting with our Associates. Each of these interactions strengthens and shapes their Carlyle & Co. experience, and, as the Member Services Host of Carlyle & Co., you will play a crucial role in guiding these moments. Your experience – whether it’s from an art gallery, in the beauty world, through luxury retail, or from classic concierge – enables you to connect with Members from all walks of life. Together with our Member Services Manager, Caden Kim, you’ll act as one of our Club faces, warmly welcoming our Members and intuitively understanding their needs and preferences. This is a unique role in a global brand development journey offering you the opportunity to be an integral part of an exciting project in Hong Kong – and we’d love to have you on-board!
What you need to have:A charismatic personality and a love of meeting new peopleExtensive hospitality experienceAn ever-positive attitude with calm, confident problem-solving skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills – you’ll have a natural ability to connect with Members from all walks of lifeA strong command of English
What you will do:Act as a Carlyle & Co. ambassador – you’re the frontline, friendly face our Members will look forward to seeing on each visit!Assist with guest registration, checking Members into and out of the Club and ensuring the Carlyle & Co. level of excellence is maintained throughout their visitForge genuine relationships with our Members and guests, sharing your passions and stories with themAnticipate Member queries before they arise, and identify and rectify Member issues with discretion, confidence and immeasurable charmBe an expert on Carlyle & Co.’s incredible range of products and experiencesCollaborate daily across teams, always looking for new ways to improve our Member experience and our own team environment – we welcome your opinions!Overnight shift is required
