Member Services Project Manager

How you'll make an impact The Member Services Project Manager will be responsible for bringing member facing projects and plans to fruition. Are you a proven project manager that has experience organizing, planning and coordinating the execution of strategies and plans? This role supports the growth and promotion of VEBA member services and VEBA programs/products in the California region. It is key to keeping stakeholders advised, timely, and organized from beginning to end of the project cycle. Core Responsibilities: Handle the project lifecycle calendar to reflect active and upcoming projects Support the leadership team planning process, strategy build, and tactical deployment by ensuring appropriate timelines are in place given staffing constraints and requirements Help handle the leadership teams scheduled meetings and document action items from those meetings Assist in the development of change briefs and identify stakeholder involvement in projects (familiarity with RACI principles) Lead project lifecycle from start to finish across multiple program and product offerings. This will require coordination with key team members to ensure that projects start and finish on time! We collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure their action items are adequately planned and implemented Coordinate with the vendors to ensure results, contributors, and turning points are aligned, delays are reported, the health of a project is communicated, and deadlines are met! Help the implementation of standard methodologies by continuously working to improve team infrastructure and efficiency. Establish and document team processes and procedures. About You Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field. Proven 3 years of demonstrated ability in Project Management Experience evaluating systems to create workflow efficiencies Excellent project management, analytical, and decision-making skills Excellent social skills and ability to initiate and maintain collaborative, effective working relationships with academic and staff employees and the public.
