Member Services Representative

Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to all credit union members in person and by phone or email request. Must be able to multitask in this position. Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge for all credit union products and services. Once trained, you will be able to handle requests regarding transfers of shares, share drafts, withdrawals, deposits, credit card payments, loan payments and daily reports.
Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED required. Cash Handling, Member Services, and/or Customer Service Experience preferred but not required.
