Big Canyon Country Club is now accepting applications for: Member Services Representative The Member Services Representative greets members and guests, answers member inquiries in person, over the phone, and email. Serves as a liaison between the members and various departments club wide. Responsible for event reservations and collaterals. This position assists in administrative duties throughout the Club. Duties and Responsibilities + Assisting members in person, over the telephone, and via email, with the following: + managing reservations for upcoming club events + answering questions regarding club operations and services + directing members and guests to other club locations + Manage club wide email communications + Design, print and distribute club event and private event collaterals + Update and maintain member database and rosters + Process routine member account transactions such as check deposits + Assist members with website and app access and usage + Maintain member and guest records + Utilize Excel to sort files, track projects, source information + Assist staff with event reservations + Assist other departments with a variety of projects Qualifications Expectations + Maintain a pleasant, polite manner as well as a neat and clean appearance + Work cooperatively and professionally with other staff members + Always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of the Big Canyon Country Club + Will be expected to perform other tasks or projects as assigned or requested by the Supervisor Minimum Qualifications + At least two years of customer services experience required + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and prioritize duties + Able to work non-traditional work shifts (hours), weekends, and holidays + Proficient in Microsoft office programs + Must have excellent written communication skills, able to proofread + Must be detail oriented and well organized + Resourceful, problem solver + Previous country club experience preferred + Previous hospitality experience preferred + High School diploma or equivalent + Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred + Graphic design skills a plus + Able to hear over loud voices and music + Strong interpersonal skills
