What will I be doing?
\nA Membership Concierge is vital to ongoing customer satisfaction levels within the property and must ensure working and orderly facilities while offering a consistently positive attitude to Members. Specifically, will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProblem resolution: assist members with situations during their stay, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.\nComplaint management: escalation process in specific situations.\nRequest management: follow-up on specific reservation requests.\nControl of pre-contacts and follow-ups by the membership assistant.\nProfessional follow-up on emails from members with issues.\nWhat are we looking for?
