### **About the Role**
This is a unique opportunity to join the LATAM Membership Operations team at the heart of Uber Eats. In this role, you'll drive growth and engagement for our Uber One membership program across the ACAC sub-region (Costa Rica, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Panama, and El Salvador).

### **What You'll Do**
- Lead Uber One membership growth and performance across ACAC
- Set and track targets in alignment with regional and global teams
- Launch and optimize acquisition, retention, and incentive campaigns
- Diagnose growth blockers through market research, trend analysis, and root-cause identification
- Own performance reporting and present key insights to General Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other teams to bring initiatives to life
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and trade-off decisions to ensure efficient investment
- Build and evolve analytical frameworks to support strategic decision-making
- Track and drive progress toward quarterly membership goals and KPIs
- Operate with autonomy, driving your own projects in a fast-changing and competitive environment
- Use SQL to support data analysis, performance monitoring, and campaign optimization
- Deliver MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) to regional leadership
- Work cross-functionally, influencing and aligning stakeholders at multiple levels
### **What You'll Need**
- Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken
- Proven ability to analyze and diagnose market needs using both qualitative and quantitative insights
- Experience communicating strategy, performance, and risks to senior stakeholders
- Track record of owning projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to prioritize for impact
- SQL proficiency for querying and performance monitoring
### **Preferred Qualifications**
- 4+ years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or similar
- Hands-on approach and owner mindset—you’re proactive and results-driven
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Python or similar analytical tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of P&L dynamics, user behavior, and operational performance
- Experience working in or with subscription models, retention strategies, or loyalty programs
- Familiarity with cross-regional business management and cultural nuance across LATAM
