Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator (PI) in support of the Middle East North Africa (MENA) NASAMS Programs. The primary role will be to support the existing MENA Programs. This includes supporting program execution through transition from production to sustainment, proposal support, and program startup. Support will be for a mix of DCS and FMS programs in the MENA region and supporting the CONUS MRAD Program Manager in those efforts. You will provide team leadership among the program office, assigned integrated product, and cross product teams. You will be responsible for program integration, coordination, and control and direct engagement and coordination with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, business objectives; and the implementation of PM best practices.

What You Will Do

R&R management - coordinate hardware movement for all system assets at one or more facility locationsAssist with the day-to-day program execution cadence (battle rhythm) of the program, i.e. risk review boards, program management reviews, failure review boards, configuration control boards, etcPreparing, revising, updating, and monitoring required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Corporate and Business policies and proceduresIn the absence of PM, the PI is responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectationsManage and Track MENA Program Actions Items and work with action item owners to ensure timely closure of actions Preparing and managing all required product lifecycle artifacts and reviewsCoordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visitsSupport contract proposal process to include bidding, gating, negotiation, and contract definitization, and start-up effortsExpected to travel (approximately 25%) to the MENA region

Qualifications You Must Have  

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience is requiredPRISM, Logistics, and/or material movement experienceExperience with financial analysis toolsExperience with project management tools/systemsActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalentPrior experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industryExperience developing and reviewing cost proposals, and/or synthesizing Gate Packages for Management ReviewsExperience working with external customers; including MENA, Asia Pacific, USG, or FMS partnersProduct lifecycle management experience

This position is an onsite role, located in Andover, MA.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
