· Offer technical assistance and training resources to enhance mental health awareness.
· Coordinate planning, implementation, and evaluation of the mental health awareness training grant.
· Prepare and submit monthly referral reports and Mental Health First Aid Updates.
· Participate in conferences, internal in-services, and national mental health conferences.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:· Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, public health, education, psychology, community development, public administration, or a closely related field, with at least one year of professional experience in a social service agency.
· Or, graduate from an accredited college with an Associate’s Degree in education, public health, psychology, community development, public administration, or a closely related field, with at least two years of professional experience in a social service agency.Required License/Certification:· Obtain Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid instructor certifications within four months of hire.Additional Qualifications:· Must be at least 21 years old.
· Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
· Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
· Successful completion of background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
