Greer Center in Enid, Oklahoma. The Robert M. Greer Center is a specialized intermediate care facility which provides short-term residential treatment to adults who have intellectual disabilities and behavioral support needs. The Greer Center endeavors to help each person build lifelong skills which will enable them to sustain good health, well-being, and independence in the community.
