The role you’ll contribute:

The Consultant is a licensed clinical professional (LMHC, LMFT or LCSW) who is a key member of the healthcare team working with AdventHealth CFD team members and leaders utilizing professional therapeutic skills to address any barriers to mental and emotional health to support the organizations brand promise to Feel Whole. The Consultant works closely with team members to provide support services, psychological first aid, work related coping, bereavement and navigation to resources both within AdventHealth and the community. The Consultant provides coaching and intervention and is part of a multidisciplinary team that provides crisis support. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Serves as a consultant and educator to the team members regarding psycho-social components of mental health illness as it relates to unique needs of healthcare workers and their ongoing sense of well-being.

Provides short term supportive clinical interventions and resource navigation to team members to resolve presenting issues or work-life concerns while conducting mental health rounding.

Provide immediate crisis intervention services during or after a critical incident.

Participates in leading Whole Person Care Conferences to support moral injury debriefing.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Master’s degree in counseling or social work

Two years´ experience in clinical mental health counseling or social work

Mental Health Licensure 2/28/22
