Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of client consultation schedules, promptly addressing any inquiries related to program details and the booking process Act as the primary liaison to communicate client conditions and updates to company points of contact during emergency de-escalations, ensuring timely and accurate communication Ensure that consultations and psychotherapy schedules are aligned with MedGrocer’s scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols Provide support to mental health professionals and the mental health team during emergency de-escalations, assisting in the implementation of crisis intervention protocols
