Key Responsibilities

Ensure that consultations and psychotherapy are aligned with MedGrocer’s scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols Collaborate with the Mental Health team for client triaging and escalations, and develop holistic mental health interventions for clients Coordinate with the Mental Health team and company representatives to align protocols, provide operational reports, and assist in other requests related to the mental health program Assess clients’ mental and emotional well-being through wellness check-ins and emergency handling Monitor program effectiveness and suggest necessary improvements to further develop current systems
