This position must already be a certified MHFA instructor (adult) and will support the office in expanding the certification course to the campus. This person must be organized, detail oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) and will be providing administrative support to other MHFA instructors that provide this training to the campus. This position is flexible with scheduled hours with an anticipated commitment of 5-8 hours/week on average (e.g., some weeks may be 2-3 hours, other weeks may be 10+ if teaching a course). **Responsibilities** 1. Schedule MHFA courses for the U of U campus community 2. Co-facilitate a minimum of 3 MHFA courses to the campus community per calendar year. 3. Provide administrative support for MHFA instructors such as course management in the MHFA connect platform, communication with enrolled participants (before and after the course), room reservations, and lunch orders for attendees. 4. Manage MHFA inventory for workbooks and instructor supplies 5. Manage monthly email listserv for MHFA attendees that shares tips, upcoming courses, and other mental health-related education 6. Assist in marketing MHFA with campus communities within Academic Affairs, Health Sciences, Student Affairs, and more 7. Provide documentation for completed course attendees for WellU benefits credits 8. Assist in assessment for the MHFA courses 9.
