Plans, organizes, and implements individual and group mental health therapy services for patients and families. Candidates will complete clinical intake assessments and comprehensive treatment plans. Reports to Clinical Manager. + Conduct individual and family therapy sessions with assigned clients using evidenced-based treatments such as EMDR, CBT, MI, etc. + Complete all progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans in a timely fashion for each appointment. Treatment plans will show SMART goals and objectives. + Facilitate a variety of group therapies such as anger management, dual diagnosis, CBT skills, and/ or other evidence-base groups. Clinician must research and develop curriculum and complete notes for each attendee weekly. + Complete clinic intake assessments for clients accessing services for the first time + Staff with other lines of service to improve overall health as a multidisciplinary approach Master’s degree in an accredited behavioral/social science field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work) from an accredited college or university. Must be fully or provisionally licensed or be license-eligible pending supervision.
