The ideal candidate will have a record of clinical accomplishments in the treatment of patients with substance use disorder, and will provide services to adults, including triage, diagnostic evaluations, follow-up care, prescribing, and individual counseling and group treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities also include reviewing patients' medication records to determine the appropriateness of the existing medication regimen. The successful candidate should also have an interest in advancing their knowledge and skills in addiction treatment. Training/License: Applicants must have a Master's degree in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner certification in psychiatry or medicine, and a valid New York State license as a Nurse Practitioner.
