Provides direct social work services in collaboration with the Certified Social Worker and the Team consistent with VNSNY Home Care policy. Works under moderate supervision. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, OR, Associate Degree in the human services field, OR, four years of full-time paid experience in social work in a social agency adhering to acceptable standards, OR, an equivalent combination of the foregoing education and experience, required. Experience: Minimum one year of social work experience in a mental health or social service setting required.
