director the Mental Health Worker provides therapeutic interventions for clients and participates as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment teamCarries out client treatment interventions in accordance with individualized treatment plans in a manner that will reduce anxiety and promote cooperation and which is in accordance with Hospital policy and proceduresThe Mental Health Worker provides transport for clients to and from PHP programs and coordinates and schedules client movement through the facility and to outsidemeetings home visits appointments and activities maintains
