participate in their own care and recoveryProgram SummaryNatchaugs Joshua Center Programs treat children as young as six and as old as who are struggling with psychiatric or substance abuse issues but do not require inpatient care Services Include Comprehensive assessment which may include Comprehensive aftercare planning family group and individual therapy occupational and creative rehabilitation therapy Natchaug Hospital provides transportation from school to the Joshua Center Program and then to the studentrsquos homeJob SummaryUnder the direct supervision of a registered nurse or program director the Mental Health Worker provides therapeutic interventions for clients and participates as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment teamCarries out client treatment interventions in accordance with individualized treatment plans in a manner that will reduce anxiety and promote cooperation and which is in accordance with Hospital policy and proceduresThe Mental Health Worker provides transport for clients to and from PHP programs and coordinates and schedules client movement through the facility and to outsidemeetings home visits appointments and activities maintains
