What You’ll Do

Develop Nutritious Menus – Create breakfast, lunch, snack, and à la carte offerings that meet federal and state nutritional guidelines. Manage Nutrition Data – Maintain ingredient, allergen, and nutrition information in Eatec and other systems. Ensure Compliance – Prepare reports, respond to audits, and support administrative reviews. Educate & Train – Conduct nutrition and compliance workshops for students, parents, and school partners. Collaborate Across Teams – Work with purchasing, operations, production, food safety, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience with nutritional data, recipes, or ERP systems. 1+ year in a food industry nutrition-related role. Familiarity with USDA meal programs and food buying guidelines. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in USDA Child Nutrition Programs or School Nutrition Management. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Salary Range: $22 - 23.50 per hour
