We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Engineer with over 15 years of professional experience to provide expert guidance, technical oversight, and problem-solving support for a major development project in Riyadh. The role includes conducting high-level design reviews, performing technical analysis, and supporting the design and engineering teams across all MEP disciplines, with a particular focus on electrical systems. This senior-level role requires deep technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex design challenges. + Provide expert guidance on MEP systems, with a strong focus on electrical design, integration, and compliance. + Conduct high-level design reviews to ensure alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory codes. + Perform detailed technical analysis to support design decisions and resolve engineering challenges. + Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure cohesive and efficient design solutions. + Review and validate MEP drawings, specifications, and calculations, particularly for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. + Support the development of MEP design strategies, value engineering, and sustainability initiatives. + Monitor design progress and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. + Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team. + Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong background in electrical systems. + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering; Master’s degree or chartered status preferred. + Proven experience in high-level design review and technical problem-solving. + Proficiency in MEP design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit, Dialux, ETAP, HAP). + Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills. + Familiarity with Saudi building codes, SEC standards, and regional engineering regulations. **Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.** Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
