DESCRIPTION:

As an MEP Project Manager at WDF Inc., reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Engineering Make all required submittals. Prepare all shop drawings including grading plans, lift drawings, form drawings, isometrics, plan and profiles, utilities, crane, and lift drawings, etc. as required for your discipline. Assist your superintendent in preparing work plans and hazard analysis. Ensure all drawings are current. Generating and follow-up on RFI’s Maintaining AS-BUILT drawings Scheduling Participate in the 3-week schedule meeting. Assist in the preparation of all required schedules with field staff and subcontractor tracking. Acquire all required permits and support for project specific work Environmental Management and compliance with plan Executing the project plan and approach for all subcontractors and field staff Representing client relations in field and office where applicable  Tracking subcontractor performance cost, production with trend charts Understand and manage project Labor Unions Agreements when applicable Planning operations for production, safety, and quality control Ensure disciplines are tracking their productivity and controlling their cost Resolve resources and scheduling conflicts. Ensure the Quality Plan is being implemented effectively — No Rework Regularly inspect the work to verify a quality product, report deficiencies Weekly scheduling meeting Play of the Day meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar from an accredited institution required and 10+ years experience in commercial construction 7+ years’ experience with MEP design, estimation and construction. 30 Hour OSHA certificate a plus Familiarity working with BIM required Excellent written and verbal skills

The salary range for this position is $220,000 - $255,000 depending on experience
