MEP Station Manager

Manage and supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction activities at the station, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Collaborate with the testing and commissioning teams to resolve issues identified during these phases, ensuring smooth project handover. Lead and coordinate between the MEP construction team and other project stakeholders, fostering effective communication and teamwork. Oversee project schedules and financials to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Maintain adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout the project.

Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferably electrical and/or ELV) Minimum 7 years of experience as an MEP Construction Manager Minimum 15 years of electrical or mechanical site construction work experience Minimum 5 years of experience in metro projects Minimum 10 years of work experience with international MEP subcontractors GCC experience is required Extensive experience in testing, commissioning, and handover stages Strong ability to coordinate between the MEP construction team and testing & commissioning teams to resolve issues identified during the testing and commissioning phase
