Acting as both a trusted advisor and an innovative developer, you will maintain up-to-date documentation, implement best-practice workflows, and champion the adoption of digital engineering tools. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed robust BIM processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency. A core aspect of your role involves upskilling colleagues, creating tailored training sessions, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
