Merchandise Manager

POSITION PROFILE
The Merchandise Planning Manager for HOLLY HUNT Textiles is responsible for managing the textiles business including merchandising strategy, launch coordination and overall program management. This person will identify trends that inform merchandising decisions and help guide product life cycle and assortment decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage all data entry, inputting new items into system and website as well as maintaining data integrity for existing productsCreate, update and maintain the Business Unit’s reporting and metrics weekly, monthly and quarterlyCollaborate with Freight to manage movement of product to/from warehouse and showrooms (ITOs) and work with 3rd parties to pack items as neededPlace all production orders for In Stock and consignment productParticipate in the yearly price increase processPartner with Marketing to add new vendors, new products and tear sheets to website in accordance with website standardsCommunicate to vendors, as a representative of HOLLYHUNT, for product information and imagesSummarize and communicate merchandising information to showroomsCollaborate with all other departments as needed, acting as representative for the Business UnitsManage the finish samples program from ordering and labeling to send to showrooms as neededAssist Business Unit leaders with presentations for executive reviews/strategic meetingsExecute product launches, with direction from B.U. Director, including tracking the flow of product for photography, website assets, and marketingManage all aspects of buying managing in stock inventory, writing production orders, strategically working with capacity planners on purchasing frame and in stock inventory, and forecasting for vendorsManage all aspects of consignment from start to finish working closely with creative and the inventory manager with sales analysis, showroom wishlist calls, merchandising reports, ordering consignment, ITO's, etc.Manage all Client Services Showroom inquiries and be an expert on all department productsManage all UAT for Digital, Business Central, and other company needsTrain/Develop new hires on all Business needs from reporting, systems, to product knowledgeMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree5+ years experience in a related fieldStrong knowledge of high end luxury product and client buying experienceOutstanding organization and communication skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to communicate with all levels in an organizationWho We Hire?
