Join our team as a Merchandise Manager Central Markets OUTLETS (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.
\n\nThe position is limited to 1,5 years, due to a parental leave replacement.

What you can expect:
\n\tCountry-specific tracking across all brands involves responsibility for increasing sales and productivity, as well as inventory control.\n\tManaging the retail spaces and merchandise control of outlets within the central European markets.\n\tSupporting in managing the junior members of the team and developing their skill set.\n\tOrganizing and stocking sales areas and monitoring deliveries.\n\tAnalyzing the performance of merchandise on sales floors and developing measures to increase productivity.\n\tBuilding and analyzing reports, along with their continuous optimization, is essential.\n\tPlanning and controlling markdown phases and returns management are part of the responsibilities, as is consolidating merchandise for interstore transfers.\n\tClose collaboration with the central planning and purchasing organization is necessary to ensure market-appropriate budget planning and assortment design.\n\tActing as the point of contact for the central markets on all merchandise-related topics is crucial. \n
Your profile:
\n\tSuccessfully completed degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a comparable qualification\n\tSeveral years (at least 5 years) of relevant professional experience in a similar role (merchandise management, merchandise control, merchandise planning, etc.)\n\tExcellent conceptual, analytical, and communication skills\n\tProactive and independent work, teamwork, and strong customer orientation\n\tVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP\n\tExcellent English language skills\n
