Led by the Director, Enterprise Resource Planning - Merchandise, this opportunity will best suit someone who has a strong understanding of the assigned merchandising category, including processes, systems, and business objectives. Ready to make an impact? Here’s how:  Implement change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption with the ability to communicate your message at all levels within the organization.Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, supply chain, finance, and business teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.Recommend and implement process improvements.Analyze and interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes, including data cleansing and construction. Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.Take responsibility for the work stream and ensuring successful completion for their Category Specific area (Project Plan, Data, Requirements, Fit/Gap, Change, Training, etc.).
