This position reports to the Merchandise Operations Lead.
JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandise Operations Associate with a focus on SKU setup to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring that products are accurately entered into our inventory management system and are readily available for sale across various channels. The ideal candidate will process strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
SKU set-up and maintenance in the inventory management system. Verification of SKU data accuracy in various operating systems. Creation/Maintenance of Item Master foundation information (Merchandise Hierarchy, Attributes, Differentiators). Ensure all product information is accurate, including description, specifications, pricing, and categorization. Support and coordinate Merchants, Inventory Management, DC, and Call Center requests. Coordinate/Change/Confirm Shipping methods by working with Merchants and the DC Maintain the Embroidery Thread Master/Seasonal Embroidery Program and load monogramming/personalization information on SKUs. Special projects as assigned, E-comm work as directed. Administrative tasks as needed.JOB HOLDER’S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years relevant experience Excellent communication and collaborative skills Strong focus on accuracy and detail to ensure data integrity. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Demonstrate time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills. Ability to track items and work in multiple systems simultaneously. Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Must be flexible & able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Previous experience in the merchandise operations, inventory management, or a related role is highly desirable.
