Scope of the role
Being a custodian of the Brand’s data library. Manage and share insights regarding product performance, allocation ageing, trends & gaps.
The profile involves strong collaboration with Commercial, NPD, NPI, Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain.
Job Profile
Data Analysis
- Analyse product mix performance and project demand for fulfillment
- Monitor Sale Vs Stock to ensure optimal and appropriate levels at each door
- Allocate products to each door based on history and guidance from Category Team
- Maintain a library of relevant data and share weekly, monthly, quarterly reports with key team members
- Analyse and share results from special occasions, festivals, marketing campaigns
- Manage preparation and sharing of product capacity plan
- Identify fast and slow movers and routinely consolidate stocks where needed
Product
- Place indents for products as per requirements shared by category team
- Ensure that Best Sellers and relevant Buffer stocks are always available
- Ensuring the new product and continuous product availability as per marketing plan
- For New Stores, arrive at the Model Stock based on the finalized Norms and ensure First Indents are placed well in advance to ensure availability of stocks during store launch
- Consolidation and rotation of stocks amongst stores based on historical sales, stock capacity & freshness requirement by another door
Logistics
- Taking care of logistics from the product prototype to the final indent for each door
- Implement Inter Boutique Transfers for Marketing Shoot, Trunk Shows, Previews, Events and be cognizant of product movement at each step
Collaboration
- Coordination with key stakeholders like Commercial, Finance, ISCM (Supply chain) based on brand requirements.
- Manage preparation of assortment plan in close coordination with category team and product head
- Arrange stock movement for product shoot

- Agility in collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring that the brand objectives are met
The right person
- MBA or Graduate from reputed Commerce institutes with minimum work experience of 2-4 years
- Analytical Mindset
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- High degree of co-ordination abilities
- High order of communication skills
- High on learning capabilities
- Well versed with jewellery products, manufacturing techniques will be added advantage
