What you will do:

Target Setting: Assist in setting monthly sales targets based on historical sales trends per month per class category and store performance. Sales Data Analysis: Monitor sell-through of all collections launched within the past six months. Generate monthly store sales reports for assigned categories. Demand Planning and Execution for New Collections: Collaborate in proposing collection budgets based on historical sales trends. Assist in planning upcoming collection demand by analyzing class type, sub-class types, sizes, fabric, color, and design/styles. Support in proposing store budgets aligned with the total demand planned for upcoming collections. Assist in allocating inventory to stores and online platforms based on targets. Coordinate with Production and Quality Control departments to ensure the availability of new collections before the launch date. Coordinate with the Distribution Department to align delivery schedules based on allocation. Generate reports comparing transfer orders versus out slips for new collections. Inventory Management: Analyze monthly inventory and three-month average sales to identify Months to Sell (MTS). Facilitate the repeat of available stocks from the warehouse and pull-out from other stores based on demand. Identify and consolidate low and broken on-hand quantities per style in all stores to the store with the highest sales demand. Support markdown strategies based on a markdown calendar and propose markdowns based on remaining on-hand quantities and sell-through rates. Competitors Check: Conduct regular competitor checks through online research and physical store visits.
