Load and unload product carts Inspect clothing, linens, accessories, and household items Sort and classify items by brand, quality, and condition Clean and prepare items for sales floor presentation Tag and price products accurately Move merchandise to the sales floor Operate baling equipment and consolidate goods Prep and organize products for shipmentQualifications:
Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to meet or exceed production goals Capable of tracking and reporting daily performance Effective multitasking skills Comfortable in a fast-paced settingPhysical Requirements:
Lift and carry up to 20 lbs. Reach overhead, bend and crouch periodically Stand for extended periods Grasp items continuallyWork Environment:
Occasional exposure to temperature changes and dust Flexible scheduling may be required based on store needs and special events May be assigned alternative duties as neededEducation & Experience:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
