Responsibilities The Opportunity This role will be the responsible for maintenance the Daily schedule for 5600 Merchandisers Responsible for the all mechandisers has a Schedule in the system (Salesforces) Your Impact As GTM Scheduling Analyst Jr your functions would consist: Responsible to create a Daily Scheduling for Merchandisers Responsible to updated the schedule into the system (Salesforces) Maintain schedules of hourly workforce in SalesForce Develop a frontline intake process for schedule maintenance (technology) that reduces time demands Develop exception process for FTMs not on schedules (i.e. relief roles) Responsible for reports system issues Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor's, Associate or Technical degree in progress. Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science or similar Experience Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills Advanced skills on communicate and work with different teams Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Advanced English If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
