Overview:

This position will service several major brand products at various retailers in and around the area of residing.  The Level 1 Installer will also perform the initial installation of interactive displays in variable spaces throughout the market. The role will perform advanced troubleshooting which might include wiring diagrams, running power to a display location, and using basic tools to get a deeper look into the problem.

Job Description:

As a per requested need (PRN) part-time employee, your hours will vary week to week to work assignments in your market. Your work hours and work location may vary from week to week, occasional weekends and/or holidays based on store/client requirements as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged time standing, up to 8 hoursAbility to walk, bend, twist, squat, and climb, as well as upper and lower body mobilityLift 25 to 50 pounds from floor to eye level depending on work assignmentLift materials 2 - 3 feet wideAbility to climb up and down ladders carrying materials and toolsAble to work from floor to ceilingWork in tight and cramped spacesCapable to safely utilize a pallet jack to pull and push pallets and boxes up to 500 lbs. over distances of 300 yards, and sometimes over uneven flooring surfaces

Qualifications:

Must have a smart wireless device with an enabled back facing camera, this will be used for job acceptance, scheduling, reporting and video validationMust have reliable transportationMust be willing to submit to background and drug check1+ year experience of display installation, maintenance, complex retail merchandising, and/or assemblyStrong English oral and written communication skills. Basic math and measurement understanding and skillsOwns or has access to various tools required to perform work on interactive displays to include screw drivers, Alan wrenches, measuring and leveling tools, mallet, etc. and uses tools for install and maintenance of deliverables that will be required to complete required responsibilitiesExperienced in reading, understanding, and following planograms, display assembly instructions and setting fixtures as defined by project planning mapsAble and willing to follow required PPE based on local laws and retailer requirementsApplicant must pass installation knowledge assessment
