The Opportunity

The Merchandising Assistant has to partner with many of our individuals so they must have excellent follow through. It is their responsibility to assist our merchandising team in maintaining multiple schedules and deadlines, which is also essential.

Gather, maintain, and re-distribute all Product Specification sheets for each merchantMaintain and flow new Vendor Set up formsOrder, track, and organize all new samples for drop test/photographyIdentify and label all new photo samplesMaintain images of new products by catalog/bookOrganize images for pick-up for catalog/book buildingMaintain accurate lists of pick-up products available for photographyMaintain analysis for historical sales

What You Bring

Excellent Outlook & Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills to manage all emails, tasks, meetings, and reports. Access and Excel Pivot Experience.1+ years of experienceCollege degree preferred
