Provides support for Buyers in Merchandising. Maintains product master files, purchase orders and ordering controls. Helps to plan, communicate, and control merchandising and marketing for assigned lines. This is a hybrid role reporting into the office on Tuesdays and Weds of each work week.

Primary Duties
30% Provide system maintenance to products including price increases, weekly updates to stores, matching BSG sku. 20% Maintaining PO, order confirmations. Manages forecast spreadsheets to be communicated. 20% Prepare monthly promotions spreadsheets for distribution to stores. Process dummy orders to test pricing. 10% Maintain error codes for orders through BSG01. 10% Set up deals, promotions and show deal sheets. 10% Fill out and maintain vendor discount/co-op forms.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
2 years college or relevant experience Bilingual (English/Spanish); speak and write preferred.Competencies / Attributes
Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to multi-task Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and SQL Database. Detail Oriented.Working Conditions /Physical Requirements
