The role exists to manage and organize essential product data, creating a seamless flow of information between suppliers, the Buyer team, and customers. By maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information, this position directly contributes to the company's mission of providing exclusive access to top designer collections, ensuring that the platform remains at the forefront of luxury e-commerce. The Merchandising Assistant plays a vital role in streamlining administrative tasks, enabling the Buyer team to focus on strategic decisions and maintain the company's competitive edge in the luxury market.

The Impact you'll makeData Management and Entry\nUtilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for efficient data organization and analysis\nInput detailed product information from lookbooks into Excel with high accuracy\nPerform data clean-up and maintenance to ensure data integrity across all systems\n
Buyer Team Support\nCreate, update, and maintain Purchase Order files with meticulous attention to detail\nPrepare and send Purchase Orders to the Buyer team for review, making necessary adjustments based on feedback\nProactively identify and resolve data discrepancies or potential issues before they impact decision-making\n
File Organization and Management\nOrganize and maintain files, notes, and folders on Google Drive using efficient naming conventions and hierarchies\nEnsure easy access to critical documents and product information for the Buyer team\nCreate and update files based on specific templates and requirements\n
Product Research and Documentation\nResearch product prices and item numbers using supplier lists\nGather comprehensive details for clothing, accessories, and jewelry items from various sources\nMaintain accuracy in product descriptions and specifications across all databases\n
System Management and Communication\nUpload finalized Purchase Orders to the company portal, ensuring all product data is correctly entered\nClearly communicate complex product information and data insights to stakeholders\nCollaborate effectively with the Buyer team and other departments, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, retail, or fashion merchandising roles, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion\nProven experience in data entry and advanced Excel functions (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English\nExperience working with Purchase Orders and product databases\nFamiliarity with fashion terminology and luxury brands is highly preferred\nPrior experience in a virtual assistant or remote support role is a plus\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n
