Full Time, On-Site Role
Location: 2215 Union Ave., Sheboygan, WI 53081
You will contribute by:
Coordinating customer contracts by monitoring all outbound costs and ensuring competitive pricing in collaboration with the manufacturing community.
Managing regional pricing brackets and exceptions.
Overseeing price adjustments by reviewing future cost increases and declines submitted by manufacturers and ensuring accurate implementation.
Ensuring integrity in pricing by validating upcoming deals, off-invoice discounts, and customized pricing for customers.
Monitoring team-generated billings, including flyers, bottle deposits, customized promotions, and entries affecting the gross profit budget.
Identifying and correcting item and vendor attribute discrepancies to maintain high data accuracy and ensure seamless order processing.
Communicating daily with customers and overseeing tracking spreadsheets to monitor new item progress.
Reviewing cost comparison reports to identify pricing variances and ensure alignment with customer agreements.
Running sales reports to validate credits owed to customers and rebills due to C&S, while resolving cost mismatches.
Supporting at least one merchandiser in their weekly tasks, including gross profit analysis and developing a merchandising and marketing plan for the East Coast independent customer base.
We’re searching for candidates with:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2-5 years of relevant experience.
