Overview Summary of Position We are looking for an enthusiastic Merchandizing Coordinator to look after the Dropship - or as we call it - Inventory Partner Program. The Inventory Partner Program (IPP) was established in 2022 to offer additional product assortment to Foot Locker customers across the EMEA websites. The IPP team (currently consists of 2 members) is part of the bigger eCommerce team, the role will report to the eCommerce Director. The team collaborates with cross-functional partners like Buying & Planning, eCommerce, IT Operations and Logistics. The Merchandizing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Merchandizing Coordinator on several operational tasks: onboarding new seasonal assortments, inventory management, process improvements and reporting. Responsibilities Tasks & Responsibilities · Product assortment onboarding: based on the seasonal vendor assortment selection, create and enrich product data in the right systems to make sure products go online on time. · Inventory and promotion management: based on commercial opportunities, flag or un-flag product inventory. · Vendor partner relationship & management: day-to-day communication with brand partners, support the onboarding of new vendors into the program. · Order management: together with the Order Management team, keep track of order fulfillment rates and flag issues. · Operational excellence & tech improvements: work with internal and external technology teams on building and prioritizing tech roadmap; continuously look after improving ways of working and creating operational efficiencies, help troubleshooting ongoing issues. · Reporting: create regular business reports. Qualifications Candidate Profile · 1-2 years Dropship or Marketplace experience, or related fields like eCommerce, Buying/Merchandising or Digital Operations · Bachelor's degree in business or marketing · Digital native with a trade mindset and a passion for driving business growth · Detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment · Excellent command of MS Office including Excel · Experience with PIM (Product Information Management system) and Dropship Software (e.g. CommerceHub) is a plus · Enthusiastic, motivated, creative team player, with strong ability to work cross functionally · Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits Benefits Recognition, inclusion and belonging in a diverse environment. 25 holidays and flexible working (hybrid position, in office 2 days p/w) Employee Discount on in-store and online products Casual Sneaker Culture Learning & Health/Wellbeing programs Career development and growth in an ambitious international team Travel reimbursement Pension Plan Discounted Collective Health plans Activities organized by our Social Committee
