Salary Range

Reporting Structure
The Merchandising Coordinator reports directly to the VP, Merchandising.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Assist in the development of price tiers and pricing architecture to guide Design in furthering the women’s and women’s lineAssist in the creation and implementation of seasonal line plans by delivery and style/SKU to achieve business strategiesAssist in the partnership with merchandising and design to build a balanced line based on empirical data and sales analyses, as well as trend and brand awarenessTrack and monitor key items and growth opportunities by category and styleTrack wholesale and retail price points based on margin targets and perceived price valueSupport the head of Merch and merchants to prepare for key meetings by gathering data, building presentations, and other tasks assignedCommunicate cross-functionally to bridge Design, Sales, Product Development, and Production to ensure cohesive processes Shop the market to be aware of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share Assist in creating and maintaining weekly/monthly cross-functional reporting tools Assist in managing and reconciling on-order reporting Manage and track the flow of samples as it pertains to in-line and photo samples

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s DegreeMust have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant merchandising experienceMust have strong organizational skills and be detail-orientedMust have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support a team environment Must have awareness of trends, competitive price positioning, and market shareMust have excellent time management skillsMust have very strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelMust have exceptional analytical skillsMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
