This specialized team encompasses a broad spectrum of creative disciplines, including design, copywriting, photography, and video, dedicated to maintaining and promoting the visual identity of the brand. Responsibilities: Manage the seamless flow of product page copy from development to delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure project milestones are met. Track and route multiple media work streams simultaneously, leveraging Salesforce and Airtable. Support Lead Copy Editor by providing updates from vendors, delivery milestones and updating trackers. Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail. Supervise large-volume, scaled content workflow using content management systems. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience planning, organizing, and executing projects across multiple work streams and stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills, with experience developing copy operations and complex operational workflows. Experience with project management. Able to work in a fast-paced environment under constant deadlinesSolution-focused with excellent prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills. Proficient in Google Suite applications. Experience with Salesforce and Airtable a plus.
