Merchandising Coordinator
Overview

This position supports Regional Merchandising team as they implement their strategies for Crocs, the industry-leading casual footwear brand. The Merchandising Coordinator maintains accurate seasonal product line information, supports sell-in process, owns the sample management, and coordinates activities across a diverse set of functions in support of Merchandising teams. They act in service of merchandising teams across channels to simplify tactical and process work. The role has a broad view of the organization with access to many functions and must be able to connect people and actions to ensure the product line can be delivered to market simply and accurately.

What You'll Do Maintain accurate product and line data records by partnering with Regional Merchandising and Regional Operations teams to ensure on-time material set-up with data accuracy Manage integrity of information in Crocs systematic platforms Gather and compile data to construct foundational information for merchandising Support the sell-in process, including Pre-line and Sales meetings, by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective presentations and product positioning. Create digital catalogs and other necessary materials for Sales meetings Support the preparation of local reports such as regular performance reports and ad hoc data requests, helping provide brand leadership with visibility into business trends Execute end-to-end sample procurement to guarantee successful customer sell in. Process includes order entry, and partnering with logistics and Regional Operations team to guaranteed on-time delivery. Maintain and organize physical sample of current and past seasons Implement, document, and enforce key processes and calendars that involve diverse cross-functional partners Work with wholesale and planning teams to support forecasting efforts and ensure market inventory alignment with market needs Effectively communicate with cross-functional partners Other duties may be assigned What You'll Bring to the Table Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3 - 5 years of related work experience in Merchandising, Category Management or Planning Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and generate actionable insights Strong attention to detail and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to organize, create, and document process Proven ability to think and act proactively A team player with proven ability to work effectively with others and keep others on track Manage assignments in a timely and efficient manner and ability to meet high pressure deadlines Exceptional oral and written communication skills
