Position Summary
1. Set and implement in-store strategy in link to product and marketing strategies.2. Increase the in-store purchase rate through differentiated in-store display and customer experience solutions.
3. Carry out in-store total solution consulting and improvement efforts for retail store conditions.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Overall Budget management for shop display
2. Mainly in-charge of new/renovate/withdraw Shop Display in MX shop
3. Maintenance all channels:
+ Receive reports from
6 regions & ad-hoc urgent request from store
+ Provide weekly reports to the FF to update them on repair schedules.
4. Tracking status’s full deployment and ensuring timely complete store
5. Lead Carrier & Retailer concept which aligned with Headquarter guideline in association with localization by account
6. Lead & tracking progress for Letter-mark Correction Project (3 years)
7. Process review Third Party contract & consolidate Third Party fee annually
8. Process, review & evaluation for Pre-selection/Bidding new vendor annually
9. Visit-in 2.0 for Carrier & Retailer channel
10. Tracking, liquidation check and sign off docs
11. Support event from Cross function team
12. Support and develop team member
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Diploma degree of Marketing or related major
- At least 3 years of experience in Visual Display/ Visual Merchandising or similar role
- Have good sense about Marketing & visual identity and innovation thinking
- Hard working & careful
- Ability to work individually or in team/ cross functional teams
- Communicate fluently in both Vietnamese and English
