About the role

As a Merchandising Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail operations in Binondo Manila City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience across our store network.

Merchandise Planning & Strategy:

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to align with company goals and market trends. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Forecast sales and inventory needs to ensure adequate stock levels. Determine product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Inventory Management:

Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking. Monitor inventory performance and make adjustments as needed. Work with department heads to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.

Store Execution:

Ensure products are displayed effectively and attractively in stores. Monitor store inventory and make adjustments as needed. Work with store personnel to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans.

Sales Performance:

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve revenue goals. Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
