Troy Exotics (a franchised Bentley, Lamborghini, Maserati, McLaren, and Rolls-Royce dealership) is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our winning team as a Merchandising Manager. This person is responsible for ensuring new and used inventories are prepared for lot displays in a timely manner, assisting with dealership marketing tasks online and on social media, and planning events.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
• Commitment to providing the highest quality of customer service.
• Possess the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal, analytical, and strong writing and communication skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Ensure all new and used inventories are serviced, detailed, and prepared for lot display in a timely manner and that all associated paperwork is accurate and thoroughly completed.
• Curate dealership social media content.
• Ensure the store website is accurate and maintained in a professional manner.
• Ensures excellent condition and proper placement of all merchandising and marketing materials.
• Plan and execute promotional events in accordance with OEM expectations.
• Liaise with the General Manager for any and all marketing tasks within the dealership.
• Submit marketing plans and claims in accordance with OEM expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
• Prior social media marketing and event planning experience.
• Experience working with Adobe Illustrator is valuable but not required.
• Automotive experience is valuable but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
