General Function:
Provides direction and manages planogram development, manages special projects, resources, and scheduling, manages retail display programs, supervises merchandising projects including store merchandising plans and planograms.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Documents category merchandising concepts and adjacencies.Participates in category reviews for SKU rationalization and placement.Works with Hy-Vee vendors partners for plan-o-gram development and maintenance.Manages special projects, resources, and scheduling.Coordinates refresh of plan-o-grams (new items, discontinued items, etc.)Coordinates creation of category plan-o-grams to improve customer experience, sales, and profits.Prepares and analyzes merchandising plans.Coordinates merchandising projects, designs, concepts, and fixtures.Collaborates cross-functionally with all departments and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles to ensure a successful program execution.Manages store projects including store merchandising plans and planograms.Reports to work when scheduled and works expected number of hours.Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates reports and presentations as needed.Attends and participates in company and industry meetings.Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:

Physical Requirements:
Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.Working Conditions:
The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting. There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a day.

Standard tools and equipment used to perform general office duties, including calculator, Fax, copier, telephone, printer, and PC with Microsoft Office programs.
