Description:

Drive product development, merchandising strategies, and market analysis for exclusive jewelry collections. Collaborate with Retailer PD, Sourcing, and Merchant teams to optimize sales and profitability. Lead communication across Sales, Design, and Sourcing teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives. Conduct competitive shopping and trend research to identify market opportunities. Create trend decks and presentations for internal and external teams. Oversee product development from concept to final production, ensuring alignment with retailer requirements. Develop pricing strategies, prepare costing worksheets, and manage vendor negotiations. Maintain accurate data entry and reporting in retailer vendor portals. Manage sample tagging, product specifications, and quality control processes. Travel to retailer accounts and the NYC showroom as needed for meetings and presentations.

Qualifications:

Experience in merchandising, buying, or product development (jewelry/fashion preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Miro). Strong understanding of retail merchandising strategies and vendor management
