**About the Role** Uber Eats is seeking an **Operations Manager** in Mexico! Our **Merchant Operations** team aims to make Uber Eats the top delivery platform for customers by ensuring merchants have seamless and efficient operations. In this role, you'll design scalable tools and processes to support enterprise accounts in delivering an exceptional experience. You will collaborate daily with commercial leads, Account Managers, and merchants to make things happen. Your insights into key brands will drive impactful strategies, ensuring every delivery is a magical one! **What You'll Do** - Partner closely with commercial teams to identify key operational opportunities with merchants, reducing inefficiencies. - Develop scalable processes that empower merchants and ensure operational excellence. - Evaluate different strategies to build long-term customer loyalty and merchant preference. **What You'll Need** - 5+ years of experience in operations roles. - Strong data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills. - Initiative to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. **Preferred Qualifications** - Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data management. - Creative and self-motivated.
