You will assess and gather additional information to make an audit recommendation/decision. + Monitor/process daily release of funds via suspense system where investigation determines an acceptable risk + Update online systems with account status, and contact customers to review company policies and procedure + Maintain departmental spreadsheets of data for reporting purposes.
