Mercy Nursing Earn as You Learn Program - Spring 2025 Mercy's EAYL program provides senior level nursing (LPN or RN) students the opportunity to receive a $2,000 (taxed) stipend for the completion of their senior practicum at a Mercy hospital. Students will receive structured support throughout your senior practicum with various members of Mercy leadership, including supervisors, clinicians, and nurse managers Build professional connections and secure a position post-graduation! *To participate, student must commit to a bedside nursing position post graduation on the unit you are completing senior preceptor hours on. Commitment time after graduation is 6 months.
